Beautiful objects for the home by LeFabShop at Cults During the Maison & Objet exhibition in Paris, Miami and Singapore, Canadian designer Samuel N. Bernier (Creative Director at LeFabShop) created a collection of objects inspired by these major cities in France, the United States and Asia.Lamps, clocks and various containers that are available exclusively at Cults and can be printed in 3D with any mainstream 3D printer. The Paris lamp is inspired by the Eiffel Tower with its shape and lines reminiscent of the famous iron lady's metal structure. All this range brings an industrial touch to these everyday objects, while the Miami range, with its energetic yellow colour, reflects the sunny light that is typical of Florida.
Once printed, these objects will illuminate everyone's life, and the third category, in homage to Singapore, skillfully plays on transparency to transcribe the omnipresence of water that reflects on the windows of skyscrapers erected in this maritime city; technically, each object has been designed in several pieces that can be printed in 3D on a Makerbot Replicator, then mechanically assembled. However, owners of large format 3D printers such as the MakerBot Replicator Z18 will be able to print these designs in one go, it is of course also possible to use a 3D printing service, it would be a shame to miss an original gift as the Christmas season approaches.
