Printing a nose prosthesis 3D printing can already help reconstructive surgery. 

Specialist in facial prostheses, Julien Montenero is a French epithesist who used a 3D printer to reconstruct a patient's nose. He had had his nose removed after cancer and the doctor was able to print a silicone prosthesis adapted to his face. 

A scanner was used before the operation to recover the physical characteristics of the nose. The 3D nose printing required the addition of color to make the patient's skin tone: Dr. Montenero simply used oil paint and cosmetic blush, watch this introduction to the TF1 journal from 0min55:
